Perfect Day Package, $4,500

Elevate your wedding experience with our Perfect Day Package. Designed for couples who want extra time to prepare and enjoy the venue, this package offers exclusive use of The Barn 1880 for 16 hours, with expanded guest accommodations and additional support.

  • Saturdays - 8:30 AM - 10:00 PM;

  • Friday Rehearsal/ Decor, 4 pm - 6:30 pm (Up to 2.5 hours);

  • Bride & bridesmaids have access to the Farm House Loft Suite for getting ready;

  • Groom & Groomsmen get ready in The Stone Cellar;

  • Ceremony in The Granary;

  • Social hour in the Stone Cellar;

Ultimate Wedding, $5,500

The Ultimate Wedding Package provides the ultimate level of luxury and convenience. Couples get exclusive access to the venue from Friday afternoon to Saturday evening, with plenty of time for a rehearsal dinner, decorating, and celebrating.

  • 32 hours of exclusive access (Friday 3 PM to Saturday 10:30 PM);

  • Friday rehearsal with a catered rehearsal dinner option;

  • Bridal Party: Full access to the upper and lower level of The Farm House for getting ready;

  • Groom’s Suite: A fully equipped apartment with private entrance (The Farm House Loft);

  • Ceremony in The Granary;

  • Ceremony Outdoor Option with Additional Chair Set up Fee;

  • Social Hour in the Stone Cellar;

    Social Hour: Held in The Stone Cellar, dry bar, cash bar, host bar option while photos are taken.

    Dinner/ Dancing: Private dinner in the Hay Loft for up to 40 guests, with additional seating for up to 175 in The Granary. Caterers from our preferred list.

    All bookings subject to Indiana Sales Tax. Prices subject to change without notice but locked in once booked with a retainer and signed contract.

    Reserve Your Date
    To secure your date, a 25% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required. This confirms your booking with us and allows us to move forward with planning your event.

    Payment Schedule
    Following your initial reservation, three additional payments are due to keep your booking on track:

    180 Days Before: First installment

    90 Days Before: Second installment

    60 Days Before: Final installment

    30-Day Consultation
    One month before your wedding day, we’ll meet on-site for a final consultation. This meeting includes:

    Review and submission of vendor contracts and proof of vendor insurance.

    Final guest count confirmation.

    Payment of liability and infraction security deposit.

    Throughout each step, we’re here to assist you and ensure your day is exactly as you imagined.

Wedding Reception Only Option, $2,000

October 11 - May 9:

Ideal for couples who elope or marry off-site and want a reception.

Please Note: Getting ready, ceremony, and rehearsal are off-site.

Capacity: Up to 125 seated with a sweetheart table, modest dance floor, and room for a DJ.

Held in The Stone Cellar.

Package Highlights:

  • 8 hours of exclusive access, Saturdays; (October 11 - May 1) 2 PM - 10 PM ;

  • Add a dry bar, cash bar, or host bar package. Professional Caterer Recommendations.

Reserve your date with a 25% non-refundable retainer and signed contract.

Balance payments: 25% due 180, 90, and 60 days before the event. Damage deposit required 30 days before, refundable 14 days after the event. Liability insurance required 30 days before.

  • What is included in each bar package?

    Each package includes setup, bartending services, disposable drinkware, insurance, licensing, and clean-up. For details on specific drinks included in each package, please book a tour.

    Can I bring my own alcohol for the event?

    No. Due to licensing and insurance requirements, all alcoholic beverages must be provided through The Barn 1880's bar services.

    Is there a service charge for bar staff?

    Yes, an 18% service charge is applied to all host bars. Couples can choose to "purchase" a cash bar for their guests and a tip jar supplements bartending staff. Couples can also purchase drink tickets for their wedding party only or for all guests.

    What happens if I need to cancel or change my bar package?

    Changes or cancellations are subject to our policies, which will be discussed during the booking process. We aim to accommodate changes wherever possible, but fees may apply depending on the timing of the change.

  • Dry Host Package: $1:50/Person.

    For couples not choosing to offer their guests a bar service, this covers the social hour and dinner service.

    Features enhanced self-serve beverage options such as lemonade, sweet tea and infused water stations - all managed by our bartending team.

    Can I customize the drink selection for my event?

    Yes, you can customize the selection within the chosen package's options.

    We can discuss specific brands or types of drinks you would like to include to make your event special subject to availability from our distributors.

    How do I book a bar package for my event?

    Bar packages must be booked at the same time as booking the venue.

    At the thirty (30) day consultation, the couple submit their final count and can upgrade a bar package.

    How long are the bar services available during my event?

    Our bar packages are between two and four hours of service.

    45 minutes to 60 minutes during the Social Hour plus a 3-hour service during dinner/dancing.

    All bar services end one (1) hour prior to rental period end time.

  • Cash Bar Option: $150/hour set-up flat fee/ 100 Guests. +$1 per person over 100.
    Guests pay for their own drinks, which are priced at $5-$7 per alcoholic beverage and $2-$4 per soft drink/ soda.

    Includes complimentary self-serve water station, cups, ice.

    Cash Bar PLUS Option: $200/hour set-up flat fee/ 100 Guests. +$1 per person over 100.

    Two Locations for Ceremony + Reception Packages.

    This package gives the couple more options and includes one complimentary signature drink for each 21+ guest during the cocktail hour. 

    Bride & Groom receive one complimentary drink ticket each per hour of service.

    Includes a bottle of champagne for a toast for the bride and groom only during the cake cutting ceremony with glassware. 

    Includes complimentary self-serve water station, plus lemonade station, and sweet tea station with cups & ice.
